Common questions
Is Flarely medical advice?
No. Flarely helps you keep track of how you feel and share it with your doctor. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it isn't a replacement for medical care.
Where is my log stored?
On your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if Sync with iCloud is on in Settings. We can't see it. The privacy policy has the details.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Settings, then Export everything. For your doctor, the report builds a PDF you can share or print.
How do I delete my data?
Settings, then Delete all data removes every check-in, journal entry, photo and setting from this iPhone and from your iCloud, and signs you out. It can't be undone.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This removes your FlareClub account from our server, with your profile, posts, replies, photos and messages, and disconnects Sign in with Apple. It can't be undone. You can also remove Flarely from Sign in with Apple in your iPhone's Settings, which deletes the account the same way.
How do I lock Flarely?
Settings, then turn on the Face ID lock (or Touch ID, depending on your iPhone).
Someone in FlareClub is bothering me
Use the menu on their post, message or profile to report or block them. Blocking is silent: they aren't told, and neither of you sees the other. Reports go to our moderators.
Why was my post held back?
Everything shared in FlareClub is checked against the community guidelines before others see it. If something is held back you'll see why, and you can ask for a person to review it.
How do I change notifications?
In FlareClub, open your profile to choose which notifications you get. To turn them all off, use your iPhone's Settings, then Notifications, then Flarely.
